Mark Winn




Mark Winn majored in Music Education at Bethany Nazarene College (now Southern Nazarene University).  Mark was introduced to barbershop music shortly after college by a couple of roommates in 1984.  He has competed with six different quartets in the Southwestern District, most recently the Red River Runners.  "One of the best memories for me is my mom coming up to the me after a show telling me how proud my dad was because I singing tenor in a quartet like he did.  I don't know who was prouder, me or dad."

Mark cut his directoral teeth under the tutelage of Southwest District Hall of Famer Jim Massey as well as former Music Central directors Brian Hogan and Larry Thomason. 

Mark is married to his beautiful wife Amy and they have one daughter, Kathleen.
